4. Payment Terms
Standard payment terms are T/T (bank transfer) unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Production will start only after receipt of the agreed deposit.
- Balance payment must be completed before shipment.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship worldwide from China.
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, shipping carriers, or force majeure.
- The buyer is responsible for import customs clearance, duties, taxes, and local clearance in the destination country.
6. Quality & Claims
- Claims for defective goods must be submitted within 7 days after receiving the goods, supported by photos and evidence.
- We will review claims and provide replacement, repair, or partial refund at our sole discretion.
- Customized products are generally non-returnable unless proven defective.
